Careers

 

You will receive careers education, information and guidance throughout your time with us at Woodkirk Academy. 

You will learn about careers and opportunities through the following:

• In your subjects. 
• Via guest speakers from the world of work and industry (Years 10, 11, 12 and 13). 
• Trips and visits. 
• Destinations Day.

Career Adviser

There is an appointment booking system available if you wish to speak to our Careers Advisor.  Appointments are available for Years 7-13, on an individual basis, please email the Careers team if you wish to request one. 

In Year 11, you will receive a one-to-one interview to discuss your options and careers.
